1.YYQ series product introduction
YYQ series is a universal hard-supported horizontal double-sided dynamic balancing machine driven by ring belts, so the combined measuring range of the models is from tens of grams to 10,000 kg. It is suitable for balancing motor rotors, rollers (with or without shaft heads, but rollers without shaft heads with larger diameters require customized support mechanisms), shafts, machine tool spindles and other regular cylindrical rotors. No tooling is required for balancing the above types of parts , Installation is quick and convenient, and the measurement accuracy of the equipment is also higher than that of the universal joint balancer; it can also balance the fan, pulley and other parts with suitable fixtures. The products are widely used in electric motors, generators, fans, engines, agricultural machinery, textile machinery, chemical industry, woodworking machinery, papermaking machinery and other industries. They can perform balance measurement on single-sided, double-sided and multiple correction surfaces, suitable for shafts and discs. The rotor has the advantages of accurate precision, intuitive display and reliable quality.
2. Measuring system
★ Industrial control computer, 19-inch LCD monitor, Windows operating platform
★ Equipped with a balance measurement system. The general software functions fully cover all the functions of the domestic mainstream balancing machine software. The operation adopts the Chinese menu structure and the text prompts for the operation steps; the special software includes: all kinds of automatic balancing machine software, software with angle tracking function, belt Software with automatic positioning function, software for multi-axis joint calibration of transmission shafts, etc.
★Strong performance of the measurement system: calibration of any workpiece, wide measuring speed range of 80 rpm to start the measurement, measuring speed block, stable imbalance amplitude and phase, high deweighting rate and separation ratio, high sensitivity
★The software comes with a permissible imbalance calculator. The operator only needs to input the permissible vibration accuracy level, quality, working speed, and radius of the workpiece and click on the calculation to obtain the allowable remaining imbalance of the workpiece in grams.
★The software can be modified or added according to customer requirements
3. Mechanical part and control
★The swing drive and the bed are made of castings with sufficient rigidity and stability; the swing drive has strong anti-static pressure capability, and can generally be overloaded by more than 20% under the premise of sufficient equipment drive capability
★The rollers on the balancer are made of bearing steel, and the overall salt bath quenching hardness has reached HRC55 or higher; after the roller bearing surface is ground, the small radial runout roller bearings are polished, so that the workpiece runs more smoothly and has less interference to the measurement signal.
★The swing frame can move along the bed and stop at any part above the bed, so the equipment can balance workpieces of any length between them.
★The belt drive assembly can also be moved along the bed, which is convenient to drag the appropriate part according to the condition of the workpiece.
★The quality of the equipment is reliable. The frequency conversion speed regulation system is adopted. The soft start and stop of the motor have little impact on the equipment, which extends the service life of the equipment. The equipment can work continuously, maintenance is simple and convenient.
