1. YYQ-1A Introduction
YYQ-1A is a horizontal double-sided dynamic balancing machine with a ring drive and hard bearing support. The equipment model can be a high-speed balancing machine. Suitable for supercharger rotor and micro motor rotor balance.

★ Equipped with the company's self-developed balance measurement system. The universal software functions cover all the functions of the mainstream domestic balancer software. The operation uses a Chinese menu structure and text prompts for the operation steps. The special software includes: all kinds of automatic balancer software, software with angle tracking, and Software with automatic positioning function, software for transmission shaft multi-axis calibration, etc.
★ Powerful measurement system performance: calibration of any workpiece, wide range of measurement speed of 80 rpm, start of measurement, measurement of speed block, unbalanced magnitude and phase stability, high weight removal rate and separation ratio, high sensitivity
★ The software has a permissible imbalance calculator. The operator only needs to enter the allowable vibration accuracy level, mass, working speed, and radius of the workpiece to calculate the allowable remaining imbalance in grams.
★ The software is completely independently developed, and software functions can be modified or added according to customer requirements (such as scanning the QR code to add the work piece's identity name to the measurement results and saving it for future quality investigation)
