1. YYH series product introduction
The YYH series is a universal hard-supported horizontal double-sided dynamic balancing machine that can be used for both universal coupling or ring belt drive. The conventional models of the equipment range from YYH-160A to YYH-10000A. Larger models of dual-drive balancing machines need to be customized with the manufacturer. The equipment not only has the wide applicability to the workpiece under the universal joint drive mode, but also has the convenience and quickness to balance the regular cylindrical workpiece under the ring belt drive, so it has the advantages of both the universal joint drive and the ring belt and ring belt drive modes. The equipment can perform balance measurement on single-sided, double-sided and multiple calibration surfaces, and is suitable for shafts, disks and weight-extending rotors. YYH series balancing machine is an ideal model for factories, mining enterprises and individual maintenance services. 2. Measuring system

(2) Equipped with the balance measurement system independently developed by the company. The general software functions fully cover all the functions of the domestic mainstream balancing machine software. The operation adopts the Chinese menu structure and the text prompts for the operation steps; the special software includes: all kinds of automatic balancing machine software, software with angle tracking function, belt Software with automatic positioning function, software for multi-axis joint calibration of transmission shafts, etc.
(3) Powerful measurement system performance: calibration of any workpiece, wide measurement speed range of 80 rpm to start measurement, measurement speed block, stable imbalance amplitude and phase, high deweighting rate and separation ratio, high sensitivity
(4) The software is equipped with a permissible imbalance calculator. The operator only needs to enter the allowable vibration accuracy level, mass, working speed, and radius of the workpiece and click on the calculation to obtain the allowable remaining imbalance of the workpiece in grams.

3. Mechanical part and control
(1) The swing frame and the bed are made of castings, with sufficient rigidity and stability; the swing frame has strong static pressure resistance, and can generally be overloaded by more than 20% under the premise of sufficient equipment driving capacity
(2) The rollers on the balancer are made of bearing steel, and the overall salt bath quenching hardness has reached HRC55 or higher; after the roller bearing surface is ground, the roller bearing surface is polished and the radial runout is small, and then precision roller bearings are used to make the workpiece run more smoothly and interfere with the measurement signal. (3) The universal joint adopts precision machining, and has been concentrically corrected and balanced. This greatly reduces the influence of the universal joint on the balance of the workpiece during balancing, and ensures the accuracy of the balance of the workpiece.
(4) The swing frame can move along the bed and stop at any part above the bed, so the equipment can balance workpieces of any length within the effective length range given by the parameters.
(5) The equipment is installed with fast switching electrical appliances, which can make the use of the two driving methods more convenient.
(6) The quality of the equipment is reliable. The frequency conversion speed regulation system is adopted. The soft start and stop of the motor have little impact on the equipment, which extends the service life of the equipment. The equipment can work continuously, maintenance is simple and convenient.
