1. YLS series product introduction
The YLS series is a double-sided vertical dynamic balancer, which can perform both double-sided dynamic balance measurement and single-sided static balance measurement. Its functions cover single-sided vertical machines and are far superior to single-sided vertical machines. Parts such as fan blades, ventilating fan blades, automobile flywheels, clutches, brake discs, brake hubs, fluid couplings and other components that require single-sided balance can be balanced and measured on this series of equipment; such as washing machine drums, pharmaceutical machinery agitators , Centrifugal drums, brake hubs with special requirements and other workpieces that require double-sided balance can also be balanced on this series. You only need to replace the fixture to install the workpiece to perform balance verification. This series of products is divided into "A" type and "Q" type. "A" type is frequency converter speed regulation, manual clamping of the workpiece; "Q" type is frequency conversion speed regulation pneumatic clamping of the workpiece. The data is processed by the industrial control computer, the color screen displays the imbalance value, phase angle and real-time speed in real time, and is equipped with an industrial cabinet, which forms a balance machine system with the mechanical part, which is convenient for parameter storage and printing. 2. Measuring system

(4) The software is equipped with a permissible imbalance calculator. The operator only needs to enter the allowable vibration accuracy level, mass, working speed, and radius of the workpiece and click on the calculation to obtain the allowable remaining imbalance of the workpiece in grams.
(5) The software can be modified or added software functions according to customer requirements
3. Mechanical part and control
(1) The equipment adopts casting base and support equipment with sufficient rigidity and stability
(2) The main shaft is made of 45# carbon structural steel, after forging, quenching, and fine grinding, the axial and radial runouts are both within 0.02mm;
(3) Using a special balanced vibration structure, it can also measure the twist signal while measuring the translation to ensure the measurement accuracy
(4) The power transmission adopts multi-ribbed belt, which is stable in operation and reliable in transmission, and has little influence on balance measurement
