1. Introduction of YLD series products
This series is a very cabinet single-sided vertical dynamic balancing machine has been produced for 300-5000kg, this machine is suitable for disc rotating parts on a single side of dynamic balance calibration, heavy-duty flywheels, pulleys, water pump impellers, special motors and other parts. The weight of the workpiece, the weight of the workpiece, the equipment adopts pneumatic or hydraulic clamping of the workpiece, because the equipment is large-diameter, so the software has an angle tracking function. The data is processed by the industrial control computer, and the color screen displays the unbalance value, phase angle and real-time speed in real time, and is equipped with an industrial cabinet, which forms a balancing machine system with the mechanical part, which is convenient for parameter storage and printing, and the system has high test accuracy, reliable use, convenient maintenance, and is more advanced than other test systems. And according to the customer's workpiece, we can customize a variety of special fixtures for customers.
2. Measuring system

★ Powerful performance of the measuring system: calibration of any workpiece, wide measurement speed range of 80 rpm to start the measurement, measurement speed block, unbalance amplitude and phase stability, high deduplication rate, high sensitivity
★ The software comes with a permissible unbalance calculator, and the operator only needs to enter the allowable vibration accuracy level, mass, working speed, and radius of the workpiece to calculate the number of grams of allowable remaining unbalance of the workpiece
★ The software is completely developed in-house, and software functions can be modified or added according to customer requirements (e.g. scanning the QR code to add the identity name of the workpiece to the measurement results for future quality control)
3. Mechanical part and control
★ The equipment adopts casting base, vertical bracket, spindle seat and support seat, and the equipment has sufficient rigidity and stability
★ The spindle is made of 45# carbon structural steel, which is forged, quenched and finely ground to control both axial and radial runout; High-precision bearings make the equipment run more smoothly
★ The power transmission adopts multiple ribbed belts, which runs smoothly and the transmission is reliable, and has little impact on the balance measurement
★ The communication connection between the spindle and the measuring system can be used to track the angle of the spindle and facilitate the finding of unbalanced workpieces
★ The spindle has a hollow structure, which is easy to connect with pneumatic or hydraulic clamping.
★ The quality of the equipment is reliable, the frequency conversion speed regulation system is adopted, and the impact of the soft start and soft stop of the motor on the equipment is small, which prolongs the service life of the equipment. The equipment can work continuously, and the maintenance is simple and convenient.
