1. YLD series product introduction
This series is a single-sided vertical dynamic balancing machine. The conventional model has a measuring range of less than 200 kg, and can also be customized according to customer needs within a single-sided vertical balancing machine of 5000 kg. This machine is suitable for dynamic balance verification of disc-shaped rotating parts on a single surface. It is used for dynamic balance verification of fan blades, ventilating fan blades, automobile flywheels, clutches, brake discs, brake hubs, fluid couplings and other components. The ideal equipment for inspection, balance verification can be performed only by replacing the fixture for installing the workpiece. This series of conventional products are divided into "A" type and "Q" type. "A" type is frequency converter speed regulation, manual clamping of the workpiece; "Q" type is frequency conversion speed regulation pneumatic clamping of the workpiece. The data is processed by the industrial control computer, the color screen displays the imbalance value, phase angle and real-time speed in real time, and is equipped with an industrial cabinet, which forms a balance machine system with the mechanical part, which is convenient for parameter storage and printing. The system has high test accuracy and reliable use. , Easy maintenance, more advanced than other test systems. We can also customize various general-purpose fixtures or special fixtures for customers according to the customer's workpieces, and can also be equipped with side weight-removing drilling machines, vertical weight-removing drilling machines and dust suction devices.
2. Measuring system

The universal software functions cover all the functions of the domestic mainstream balancing machine software. The operation adopts the Chinese-style menu structure and the text prompts for the operation steps; the large vertical balancing machine is equipped with the vertical machine software with the angle tracking function.

(5) The software can be modified or added software functions according to customer requirements.
3. Mechanical part and control
(1) The equipment adopts casting base, vertical support, spindle seat and supporting seat. The equipment has sufficient rigidity and stability, and the overload capacity of the equipment of the same model is more than 20%
(2) The main shaft is made of 45# carbon structural steel, after forging, quenching, and fine grinding, the axial and radial runouts are both within 0.02mm
(3) The power transmission adopts multi-ribbed belt, which is stable in operation and reliable in transmission, and has little influence on balance measurement
(4) The spindle is equipped with a synchronous rotating dial, which is convenient for finding the unbalanced angle
(5) The quality of the equipment is reliable. The frequency conversion speed regulation system is adopted, and the soft start and stop of the motor have little impact on the equipment, which extends the service life of the equipment. The equipment can work continuously, maintenance is simple and convenient.
