 The function of the plunger of the fuel injection pump is to increase the diesel pressure to meet the injection pressure requirements of the injector, and to control the oil quantity and the oil supply time. The plunger failure is an important component in the fuel injection pump assembly.
 The fuel injector controlled by the solenoid valve of the high pressure fuel injection pump test bench replaces the traditional mechanical fuel injector. The fuel pressure in the fuel rail is generated by a radial plunger type high pressure pump. The pressure is independent of the engine speed. Freely set within the range.
 The atomization test of the injector checker is a test to professionally test whether the injector checker leaks oil. The operation step is to press the pressure rod to spray the injector, and observe the spray atomization of the injector assembly. The spray oil particles should be small and uniform, and there is no oil flow that can be seen by the naked eye. There is no oil drop or oil drop in the oil.
